The cards are usually late even if ordered one month ahead of time. The graphics are overall fair however not enough variety. When I first started the membership fee was low and packages to buy cards more affordable. Now everything more expensive and service worse. Not happy.

So easy to send postcards to connect with friend and family! Highly recommend!

I give ZERO stars!!!!!!! Your cards will be sent 6 months after created and posting. Touch Note is absolutely RIDICULOUS! There is an issue e-ver-y single time! I’m so upset I spent this amount of money on an inefficient app service. I got jipped!!! I wish I could get that WASTED money back! Don’t bother! Send your cards the normal way, design on your own, purchase one from the store, or whatever, BUT send via US postal service or UPS!!! DO NOT waste your money!!! TRUST all of the reviews that state this. I wish I had!!!

My friend sent me a card and I thought it was great to get a personalized note through the old-fashioned mail system. The offered me a free first time follow up to my friend’s card. No matter what I tried to do, I could not get Their system to accept what I wrote or the picture that I selected for the free card. It just would not work, and I am very savvy with computers.

We moved to Portugal from the US and one of my biggest concerns was staying in touch with family & friends. The Touch Note app has made that so easy! I can share all of our adventures via postcards that have us in the pictures!

I love the idea of this app, but have to say it’s been really disappointing. It feels like they’re not ready or able to deliver what’s promised here. So far the service has been erratic and confusing. I’ll keep my fingers crossed that they get it together. I want it to work!

I’m new to this app paid over $60 for a subscription, ordered a Valentine’s card once 1/31 and again on 2/6 will not get either by Valentine’s Day, what a waste of money! Very disappointed

I have ordered three cards. None of them were even printed within 11 days. If you need to make it by a specific date, leave yourself a month (seriously). Also, a lot of simple features are stuck behind monthly subscription paywalls. I would pay 1 or 2 extra dollars one time for these services, but they are stuck behind a subscription fee. The biggest flaw is definitely the turnaround time. I feel like all of the positive reviews must be scams, because even a “Thinking of you” card shouldn’t take a month.

If i could rate this company 0/5 i would. I ordered a postcard for my grandpa that was guaranteed to be printed same day. The date is now January 19th. I ordered this postcard December 21st. It is still “printing”. I’ve emailed this company and haven’t heard a single word back. Save yourself the time, energy, and money; and support another company.

Great little app if you want to upload a photo and send a quick thank you with a cute pic attached. However, beware that if you make a mistake and want to cancel your order, it’s virtually impossible. Customer service is responsive but just enough to tell you “sorry, we can’t help.” I needed to cancel a card that was still in the “printing” stage and they refused saying their system wouldn’t allow it. Only reason I didn’t give them five stars..

Be aware that even though they say a subscription is canceled, they will still charge you. Make sure you use an expiring card or don’t use the service. This app is a great idea but it is extremely buggy. Orders that you post disappear. Orders that have been sent so not show in your order history. Credits are used for cards that are never sent. The app crashes often, which means you have to start over. I wish the people who made this app used it - because if they did, this app would not be as poorly built as it is!

I’ve had this service for several years, usually buy the bulk option and send through the year. I’ve had it most recently for the last six months and have sent out 14 cards. Of those 14, 4 have not arrived. The customer service is great and will resend the missing card at no charge but I don’t like checking in with people to see if they got the card. It’s awkward- maybe they got it but didn’t say anything so it makes them feel strange for not saying anything about the card once I inquire about it but then if I don’t ask and find out they didn’t get it I feel awkward it wasn’t sent (mostly use them as a thank you message). So eventually someone could end up thinking someone is ungrateful because there is a high inconsistency of unsent cards. Possibly the USPS fault but I don’t have this issue when I send out typical snail mail the same people in several different states

I have not had problems previously but the app will not open on my iPhone. It is so frustrating and I keep deleting and restalling and it still will not open

Absolutely love this app. My family lives in Europe and I get reminders for BD’s / special occasions. Their cards usually only take a few days to arrive and are so easy to customize and personalize. No need to gun to the store and buy expensive cards anymore ! Love it !!

I’ve attempted 4 different ways to illicit help for a stuck order and it remains broken and I have received no help. I recommend any other post card sending app over this one, don’t lose your money on this one.

I love this app. I’ve had it and used it for years. I love getting to send pictures of my adventures when I send postcards. The delivery is quick and the free version is plenty in my opinion though the membership seems pretty cool too. :)

I ordered my Christmas cards on December 12, app says they were shipped December 14. It’s Christmas and no one has received them. It’s a nice idea but don’t expect items to be timely.

Love this app so much, we live pretty far away so this is a fun way to send updates. Lately I’ve been having issues with making personalized stamps though. And after the update it’s a little odd for resizing pictures, it used to focus in on the picture and you could zoom in/out and adjust it then unfocus and see the full card again. Probably just need a bit of getting used to. Overall love the app!

Despite canceling on the app and also sending a series of emails with them a year ago to cancel my subscription, they continue to charge me. Will dispute it through my credit card. Beware. Scam.

Who has a budget like this for postcards?? Very disappointed that your business model is trapping people who tried your product and not allowing refunds when they are dissatisfied.

I found Touch Note back in 2014. I was able to keep my grandson informed of what was going on through postcards…I used it like Facebook and sent him daily updates of what was going on with family. He said it made it easier to transition after prison as he knew what everyone had been doing. He saved all 1,326…give or take a few.

Touchnote is the best app by far to write postcards on. I love that you can do a custom stamp and the print quality is super good on them Too. They also send them out very quickly and people are always asking me how I do them! They are great for sending thank you and other cards as well. I also love having all of my addresses easily stored. Would def recommend this app to people!

All good except I can never enlarge the screen to see the text on cards, either while drafting or on previously sent cards in ‘orders’. It is too small to read without magnification on my phone screen.

I have used this app for so many years. I absolutely love it. It’s the best way to send notes to family.

I love the app and use it as a way to stay in touch with family and friends throughout the year. It’s easy to use and there are lots of different options for all types of holidays and events. I’ve been doing this for at least 2 to 3 years and I highly recommend the app.

We love this app because it’s SUPER easy to keep all our family and friends up to date on what our kids are doing. We create a postcard with recent pictures and a little note (as if one of the kids wrote it) telling about the pictures. Then we select who all we want to send it to. My grandma calls me every time she gets hers and tells me how much she wishes this was a thing back when she had kids. 10/10 would recommend. We also get one of every postcard sent to ourselves and then put it in a photo album to look through. It’s absolutely perfect.

I’ve been using this app for quite a few years now. I almost always send postcards, though have received cards of many sizes. And I also use the app to send a large batch of holiday cards every year. If I ever have a question, their customer service is incredible. Fast. Efficient. Friendly. I value that, they have earned my business. Of course the postcards look great. Had an issue once with quality and they remedied it immediately. That’s 1 out of maybe close to 1000. So yes, I recommend this service. I’m in the U.S.

Use this app only if you don’t want the cards you’re sending to actually arrive at their destination. Or if they do, it’ll be a month later. Jeez. I might as well start making postcards the old fashioned way. This app was good at first but the last 3-4 ones I’ve sent have had terrible results.

Make sure you ask all of your recipients if they received their cards because this app is taking money and not sending out cards anymore. Even when I asked them to get remailed, they won’t reach the recipient. This app worked three years ago, but there is nobody facilitating sending cards anymore. Do not download and waste your money on this scam.

Used this app consistently for several years until they inexplicably charged me over $100 for a $63 membership with no warning and no response from their team. Beware giving them your information.

Great pricing and ease of services for postal delivery. Update 10/11/24- the app is having issues with doing just a one time purchase it gets stuck.

Touchnote charged me 65.00 for an annual membership when I thought I was purchasing a single card for 4.99. I can’t seem to get a refund and I don’t even know if a card it being mailed. Super sneaky payment processing! There is no customer support available to help. Sneaky billing features. Do not use this app!!

We have been using this app for about 7 years and it got progressively slower and glitchy. They added distracting pop ups and offers but we have hard time just copying previous orders and adding new addresses. I wish they would optimize it so the speed gets better.

When I first started using this app, it was so much fun to send out postcards and greeting cards. But over time the service quality declined. I haven’t sent any cards in quite awhile. I used to send all my birthday cards through Touchnote, but not any more. For some reason they have decided to remove the return address on the envelope. So the person receiving the card has no idea who it’s from. They could mistake it for junk mail. Also if the address happens to be incorrect, you will not get the card back. This is a deal breaker for me.

Everyone I sent a card to with my photo on it just loves it and so appreciates the art of sending postcards again! No need to say anything else about this fabulous service. Thank you! Onne

It shouldn’t be so difficult to edit an entry in the address book!!! First 5 minutes of using the app, frustrating!

I don’t recommend this site for US orders. Although they promote it as same day delivery and worldwide, it does not specify that the promoted feature is specific to the UK. My order was time sensitive and I only proceeded with this company because of the promoted “same day/next day” delivery. If I had know it’d take 6-10 days for me in the US, per their customer service, I wouldn’t have ordered from them.

Beware. This app makes it very difficult to cancel.

I want to love this app so much. I’ve sent many post cards with it and most have eventually made it to their destination, but some have not. The last one took over a month. The app is also super finicky and I’ve had to contact support for help multiple times for orders that just disappeared and had to be re-placed or glitched in the backend and just didn’t send. I would 100% buy a membership and use it for all my family’s birthday cards if some of the kinks were worked out, because it’s so wonderful when it works.

Watch for the auto renew. 4-years of slipping by after I deleted the app.

Very easy to use app for sending picture postcards.

I love this app when it works, but I have tried it twice now using my two different email addresses and both times I have problems after sending the first few cards. So frustrating.

Started using this service around the time COVID was kicking off to send postcards & greeting cards to my dad in the retirement home since I couldn’t visit. Most never arrived. I thought COVID being the cause of delays, nope. Still had some credits in my account so I sent out cards to a friend of mine, as well as my sister for their birthdays, ordered cards 3+ weeks in advance of the respective b-days, my friends finally arrived 2 weeks after his b-day, my sisters card has never arrived. I had one card worth of credits left so I reordered my sisters card, the second card never came either. Just stay away from these people, waste of money all around.

I have been a customer for years. It was great. Now cards don’t show up and they always blame the postal service- even when the update clearly shows it never shipped. If it’s an important event- don’t trust it. My anniversary card was ordered 2 weeks prior- it’s now 2 weeks after- no card. My brother’s birthday card ordered 3 weeks out- came a month after- and 2 weeks after his replacement. Used to be 100% on time every time- when I am out of credits I am finished with them. Now the app isn’t even worky.

This is an amazing way to still send a postcard from your vacation and make it very personalized. We love this option and send postcards every vacation to friends and family. It is nice to also copy cards to send them to various people.
